Just saw it at the store... Coke Zero. Zero Calories, Zero carbs...can looks similar to Diet Coke. I bought a 12-pac. Taste a little like Diet Coke...but different. So, now we have Diet Coke, Diet coke with Splenda and Coke Zero? Anyone else seen/tried it?

It's great. I didn't even taste a difference between the regular Coke, then again I don't drink Coke that often. Still can't believe it's zero calories cause it tastes way better than diet Coke...

One of my co-workers just got hooked on this stuff today. He says it tastes just like regular Coca-Cola and he will never drink Diet again!

So there is Coke, Diet Coke, Diet Coke with Splenda, C2 and Coke Zero.

I'm confused with all the diets. I had the C2 and thought that was good. I have yet to try any of the others since I am not a Diet cola drinker (don't like the ultra-sweet taste.

I tried it the other night. I am a big fan of diet coke, so I was a little skeptical. I actually thought it was pretty good - a lot more like regular coke.

I havent tried the coke zero but lately have been drinking other diet sodas (cherry vanilla DR Pepper). What I find discouraging is that all these sweeteners are almost to sweet to be true. For awhile my wife would tell me that after having something with aspertame that she would get a bad headache,While I havent gotten these I have had a few unexplainable dizzy spells which prompted me to do alittle reasearch online.http://www.holisticmed.com/aspartame/
Has alot of good info which after reading made me decide to cut back a bit. I wish aspertame, sucrulose and all the others werent bad for you as I like the idea of 0 calorie sodas.

Well, I have done several tastings and found the Zero to be much smoother than any regular or diet soda I've ever tasted. I attribute this smoothness to the carbon content.

So did they get rid of the version with Splenda? A week ago, my grocery store was full of Diet Coke with Splenda. Last night, it's gone, replaced with Coke Zero. The Splenda version is still on the Coke website though.

Maybe it's just a matter of limited shelf space for the 50 different versions of Diet Coke available?

    Diet Coke
    DC w/ Lime
    DC - vanilla
    DC - cherry
    DC - caffeine free
    DC - splenda
    Coke Zero

    Am I missing any?

You missed DC w/Lemon unless they discontinued it....it was horrible.

Coke Zero is awesome though A friend in the beverage industry says it's the Coke Classic formula just Diet. I always thought Diet Coke was the Diet formula of Coke Classic, but not so.

Much better than DC w/Splenda....too sweet an aftertaste.

We stopped selling DC w/ Splenda in our stores, simply because it didn't sell. Replaced it w/ the Coke Zero, which I really don't like very much. Call me crazy, but I actually like the taste of Diet Coke better than regular Coke.

I've heard that the national advertising campaign for Coke Zero featuring G. Love will begin on the 24th.
