There's word that it's DUI, but I'm willing to bet it's also pedal mix up. Drunk people don't stand on it for that long by accident.

We'll find out soon enough. It's Time Square, with all the cameras there will be at least 10 different angles of the incident.

The Offikial Random Observations and CSB Thread

We're closing in on three months already with our little girl.

As of last week she is no longer in a crib in our room but her own crib in her own room. She now goes down between 7 PM and 9 PM depending on how her day went, and sleeps all the way through the night until around 7 or 8 AM.

I cannot believe how lucky we have been with her, I think it's a trick to have another. Maybe in three or four years.

Mrs Cabin just sent me this.

Dogs seem indifferent that I'm home, after running away all week because we were going to work.???

I'll stop in and see if I can get his fancy growler filled at his favourite brewery, it's like summer outside suddenly so they should have his brew on tap again.

I should have booked more than 5 days off. Lord knows I have like a month in OT, and another week of vacay again already.

Dammit man, I hate the thought of having to pay 3.5 jnms for insurance for myself. My company's insurance blows and I'm totally not down with CHI Franciscan.

Off to do some more research.

Yes it's a ploy for another kid. Trust me. My 1st born was exactly as your little one above. Barely cried, happy as a clam and he slept through the night. Then came number 2. She was colic, up every hour, cried constantly. It was so bad my wife went into serious postpartum and has never recovered.

      So Chris Cornell related tidbit.

For my bachelor party a few friends and I started drinking in Pasadena then we moved down to Hollywood and went to Cheetah's to see some "dancers". The only song I remember playing that night was Audioslave's Like A Stone. Forever in my mind that song is the "stripper song"

efrie, your kid is super white like my kids are. Be generous with the sunblock. I've taken my daughter out for 30 minutes with no sunblock and she'll get color. She's going to tan like a fork in a microwave.

Cute kid I feel bad for people who end up with ugly children. Like my parents.

Ours was a great sleeper at first too. I've since blocked out the stages when she wasn't.

What's nice about extreme exhaustion is that you don't remember enough about what was going on, then, to hold a grudge.

Our kids were all great sleepers as babies. Our first had maybe a handful of nights where she couldn't be consoled by boob, mom, dad, or walking/driving/anything. The others passed out like rocks after nursing and went to baby la-la-land at 7:30 or 8PM for 9-10 hours during the infant stage.

I'm designing a magazine and the client wants all the page numbers on the left side of the page "for consistency." What.

Sitting through a webinar on our internal merger. 4 companies turning into one. That was this week's surprise. Along with, " I'm going to double your workload and not give you any additional compensation", this potential position in Wisconsin may be extremely appealing...

my design experience is limited to making sure word docs don't look like a dumpster fire - and logic tells me that outside or center is fine, inside is stupid because of the fold.

Oh FFS! Who's ass do I gotta come down and kick?! Page numbers are outer corners or centered. Not all right or all left. What kind of devilry is this?

Your client is a doofus, explain to said snowflake that this idea is tomfoolery and to either have the page numbers centered or on outer corners as it should be.
