The OG Isuzu Impluse. Refreshed version, the one without the flip up headlight cover. The refreshed model ditched the standard sized sealed beam headlights for the new slimmer version. So no need for the small flip up headlight cover.

Easy. 1991 Isuzu Stylus. I knew it before I even clicked the Quote Reply button and saw the answer in the URL. That's because I have an odd fetish for Isuzu cars. Love me some Bellett GT Type-R, Gemini Irmscher, I-Mark, Impulse and Geo Storm. I distinctly remember the Suspension Tuned by Lotus badges. That Stylus front bumper looks awesome as-is, but it looks even more gnarly with the center portion cut out for improved airflow to a giant aftermarket intercooler.

Could it? Or could it just be a FWD Lotus Elan?
