      That's a Lancia tail-light but I can't place the model. I know it's not a Scorpion/MonteCarlo but I don't remember it's big brothers name. Same taillight though.

      Lancia Scorpion and the Lancia Rally 037 share the same tail light.
      I not saying the 037 is this vehicle, it clearly isn't.

      Nope, the tail light is similar not exact. Compare the reflectors and screw placement.
