I like the idea of it. Like a smaller shorter wheelbase s7. Doubt it'll have success in the American segment tho.

I see the gran coupe everywhere, so I'm sure this will sell well.

I like it, but think this will get a lot of flack for being "political".

I watched this with the sound off, but it's insane that equal pay is something that people fight against. I applaud Audi for taking a stand.

      The S5 also looks nice

Great commercial that Audi f'ed up by politicizing.

Yes, first rule of advertising is to create buzz and discussion - but they could have achieved that without the overtly political overtone.

Way to **** up Super Bowl Commercials. Last year Coke tried pushing "equal rights" Now Audi is pushing gender. Just give me the funny commercials like Darth Vader kid, Audis tale of two Spocks or the Budweiser Clydesdales.

So dumb. Women are running countries and corporations. This is crap, Audi.

Holy crap, an ad more annoying than the Chevy commercials, didn't think it was possible and certainly not from Audi

i'm pretty sure this wasn't an audi commercial...

Kinda sorta ruins the surprise of your Superbowl commercial that cost $5 million if you let people see it before the Superbowl.

Oh, and why can't they call it their Superbowl commercial when it's airing during the Superbowl? I get why Kroger says "Big Game" because they are not officially tied to the Superbowl, but this commercial is...yet they still call it their "Big Game" commercial.

I'd imagine it's because they are buying airtime from the network, not super bowl. They'd have to be "proud to be the official car of the super bowl" kind of a thing.

Never really understood the point of these superbowl commercials. It is not like people are paying attention during breaks, right?

When one of the teams has been to the super bowl for the better part of the 2000s and been caught cheating every time the only thing to give a damn about is the commercials and the amount of alcohol you can consume lol. **** Tom Brady and the Patriots.

Really? That has been going on?
Why is it allowed to happen? Is it just fixed like a lot of things?
I have never watched a superbowl so I do not really understand the setup for which teams are picked to play with each other.

What everyone else said... politics have no place in Superbowl commercials.

We watch them to laugh, unplug and get away from that for a few hours.

The only person that will cheer for this commercial is Madonna.

      I blame the internet!

I miss the days where you watched the commercials during the game and then argued over which ones were good the next monday with your coworkers instead of actually working.

And you haven't really suffered until you are forced to watch canadian Superbowl commercials.

My friend worked at the VW/Audi's HQ in Herndon, VA, and it is interesting how physical attractiveness and the way one dresses play a role in the type of people they hire: Beautiful, young women, artsy gay guys dressed GQ, etc.. Completely different corporate culture than what I was exposed to at GM.

The commercial should have used the tagline:

"Audi of America is committed to equal pay for equal work for all hot chicks."

Just like the "campus rape culture" where "1 in 4" women will be raped at college. It's just lies. Frankly, we live in the most equitable time ever in human existence for women, yet we still see things like this stupid commercial. I'd expect better out of Audi, a little research goes a long way, but hey, gotta appeal to women and women like Audi's, right?
Mark Dice sums this perfectly, don't necessarily agree with his bit on body shaming heavy women, but sans that he hits the nail on the head. Every company buying ad space during the Super Bowl will be politicizing their ads, especially this year after Trump became president. Budweisers ad shows a revisionists history account of how the beer brand came to be to fit the leftist narrative of immigrant discrimination. If that's what these companies want to do that is fine and their right, but they need to realize they will piss off half of their audience. Like Dice says in the video, keep your political agenda out of your advertisements.
