Love one another
I spent a good amount of last weekend in an S550 Maybach. Once you're in it, you'd shut up and stop complaining
Nothing this side of a Phantom touches the S-Class in terms of the interior imo
Looks interesting but I do not see those interiors aging well. They look the 2010's equivalent of the White 560SEC with white interior from 87.

Can you can the color of the ambient lighting to a warm beige or something? The blue looks out of place to me.
I was first exposed to an S-Class in the '80s when my cousin's grandmother got a navy 560 SEL with blue leather (or MB-Tex?) interior. They have a '14 S550 now in -- can you guess? -- navy. I appreciate the AMG versions but these cars always look best to me in non-sport trim.
Improving the signal-to-noise ratio
Personally I prefer my S-classes to be subtle, but these days, the manufacturers simply can't afford not to offer a little glitz and drama.
- A bunch of old, tough, unbreakable German iron
- One temperamental, stubborn, fragile Italian thing
- One Swedish memoriam
I can't believe the amount of power AMG is getting out of the 4.0L. It's really made the old 5.5L TT motor irrelevant and at 604/664, it's only making a little less in each category than the 65 engine.
Did not expect for that motor to have that type of headroom. Wild.
I know the current one is like this too, but why is the B-pillar chrome but the C-pillar not?
Is orange one of the available 64 colors for the gauges?
