I am making this post at the urging of my attorney

My chief legal counsel and emperor of Van Nuys, VadGTI, has instructed me to make this thread about my newly acquired bland grey hatchback.

I got married recently, and since my wife needs a car... I am giving her my MINI. She will have all the fun now.

This means I had to get a new car.
So I did the sensible thing, and got a sensible, grey hatchback. Zero interest lease, and some rebates and discounts and it's under MSRP, even after lease buyout later. How could I say no?

When I picked it up, it had 395km (It was transferred from a small-town dealer a few hours away)

Zero interest lease? Didn't know there was such a thing. How did you get a bank to do that?

Nice! I personally think that the RS looks even better than the ST.

That was really the only practical choice, replace a small hatchback with a medium 4 door hatch. The addition of AWD is also very sensible if your region experiences any snow or slick conditions in the winter.

I applaud your common sense approach to choosing an automobile, fellow human.

Still TFL probably disaproves. Still shocked any bank would do a zero interest lease, especially ford, on one of their hottest halo cars.

I agree. I was slowly passed by a gray one on the highway the other day. Right after I noticed it was an RS, I thought the color was nice.

      Looks great. Nice deal.

And that wing looks to be bar height. Perfect for serving lunch...and making sure you don't fly off the road.

I've never heard of a zero money factor lease, Ford must be having trouble moving them.

Somehow I read that with an extra letter. Not good with a mouthful of hot coffee.

Ive recently found two of them brand new at non ford dealers for slightly below msrp. One of them is at the McLaren dealership down the street from me. If dealers will let them go to other dealers they must be starting to stack up.

Canada has interesting pricing/rates. Lots of 0% leases, including Fiesta ST, Focus ST, RS. However the car itself is over $50,000 before any discounts and only comes loaded.

Another example of crazy pricing up here is, currently you can walk into any Ram dealer and get 30-35% off 2017 1500 Rams. Most of that incentive comes from the Factory.
