Lately I have been listening to a lot of comedy albums. I like this guy named Rodney Carrington. He is hilarious. He also plays funny country songs. You may have heard them on the radio before.

Does anyone have a favorite comedy album, or favorite comedian?

    Tyler

    Metallica-St. Anger.

In all seriousness, anything by Bill Hicks. Or St. Anger. Both are pretty funny.

I actually have an out of print "Best of" tape lying aroud somewhere that has his best routines from the 60s & early 70s, including stuff from Himself.
    Cosby is genius.

You know, I like a lot of the old Cosby stuff myself... he'd make my top 5 for comedians without a doubt.

If you ever get a chance to see this guy live, do not pass
it up. He is without a doubt the best stand-up I've seen live...
and I've seen most of 'em. Cosby...Carlin...Pryor...Martin...
Miller...Kinison...Seinfeld...even Leno when he was funny.
I'm not saying he's better than those guys, I'm just saying
that we were hyperventilating, nearly convulsing in wave
after wave of laughter, from beginning to end both times we
    saw him.
His Harry Caray alone is worth the price of admission.

the first one i ever got was adam sandler's "what the hell happened to me" but i do enjoy they're all gonna laugh at you.

i put eddie murphy delerious on cd and i listen to that on long drives.

Dane Cook is my favorite comedian right now but david cross is very very funny as well.

i need to get some old school pryor and cosby but i love stand up comedy and i hope to someday be a stand up comic.
