Exaclty... Pepsi is way to sweet already. and now they've copied coke with the vanilla?

The same thing happened with the lemon flavors, too. I believe Diet Coke with lemon came out before Pepsi Twist did. I guess Pepsi tried to be original because they also added "twist" to the original non-diet Pepsi, Coke did not.

Coca-Cola Planning Chocolate Drink

The Coca-Cola Co. sees a chocolate drink as, something the company probably
needs to create, Reuters reported, citing a top company executive.

But the executive does not expect a new Coca-Cola advertising tagline soon.

Atlanta-based Coca-Cola thinks that chocolate drinks are an interesting niche
opportunity, Jeffrey Dunn, president and chief operating officer of Coca-Cola
North America, said during his presentation at the Beverage Forum conference
in New York.

Reuters reported Dunn said that while he does not see it as a huge category
in the future, chocolate is "probably something" that Coca-Cola needs to par-
ticipate in.

The comments follow a recent report in Beverage Digest, an industry news-
letter, that Coca-Cola plans to launch a new chocolate dairy drink this summer.

Dunn did not say much about plans for the drink, which will be named "Choglit"
according to Beverage Digest, but he did say that Coca-Cola can leverage its
relationship with top food company Nestle to do something in the chocolate arena.

i don't know exactly what it is (i think it's just what's stated on the packaging "smooth vanilla cola") but i am almost enamored with this drink as much as i was code red for such a long time

i agree with pepsi over coke, but pepsi vanilla is definately way better than vanilla coke

i never understood the whole cherry flavored cola thing

BLASPHEMY!!! i use to put marachino (sp?) in my pepsi when i was young and pour some cherry syrup in it
