Awesome, love being so painfully tired that I swap insulin bottles and do a shot of 20 units of my fast acting vs the overnight long acting.

Has anybody been doing the Quibi thing?

Check out the quarantine version of parody/homage version of The Princess Bride. 8-10 minute installments with a slew of celebrities just grabbing parts and recreating scenes. Ep 1 just dropped today. Pretty damn funny. In the first episode alone, Grampa was played by both Adam Sandler and Rob Reiner. Fred Savage's part was played by first, a 40-something year old Fred Savage, and then Josh Gad.

Hugh Jackman in a bathrobe is Humperdink wearing a dumpling steamer on his head for a crown. Wesley is played by Common and Chris Pine in this episode. Sophie Turner is at least one more Wesley/Dread Pirate Robers, with Joe Jonas filling in for Buttercup, probably more. Looks really funny/goofy. You cannot take this seriously.

Only annoyance is it's run in a vertical format because Quibi is a device streaming service, and Andy forbid that you actually turn your phone sideways to watch something.

Also came across another quarantine project. Josh Gad has been hosting a home show called Reunited Apart. The show brings together cast mates from iconic movies to talk about the show and recreate scenes by remote.

This last episode was Ferris Bueller's Day Off. Broderick, Sara, Stein, Ruck, Grey, Pickett, and Ward. The talked to the guy who coreographed the parade scene dancing. Stein remembered exactly the same lecture part about tariffs.

The best part was the last 5 minutes or so in a tribute to John Hughes. Stars from some of his other movies lending parts of quotes and scenes from their movies.

If you enjoyed the movie, and John Hughes films in general, highly recommended use of 45 minutes or so.

Holy isht! What's your ratio? 20 units would be like a week straight of ice cream for me.

Reposting this video I just uploaded...this is at 40% of the original speed. I did the standard 1 shot every 5 seconds that I use for my normal time lapse videos and rendered it at 30 fps, but it was wayyy too fast (which had nothing to do with my speed, mind you ).

I tried slowing it down even more but then it becomes choppy. Thoughts?

Also it's 2:30 am and I may just stay up and start working at 5.

I do 20 levimir at night, and 15 in the morning, but fast acting is like 1 unit per 10-12carbs... so yeah that was on top of the normal dinner setup. Fun night.

Really need to get on the phone with insurance and see what their bloodletting is for durable goods.

Besides there's probably a punisher logo pump holder out by now, or at least something with molle straps.

Not sure if tagging some of his sponsors in my latest reply will do anything, there's always a chance they'll embrace it.

It痴 10-20 degrees cooler at work than at home on any given day. Makes being a flannel enthusiast difficult sometimes.

Last vacation scheduled in May, I was instead fired.

Vacation in November 2019 was marred by a RIF happening the Friday before I was scheduled to go off.

Vacation to Los Angeles in September 2019 was full of updates and plant shutdowns for Hurricane Dorian.

So about 2 hours after I left work with a surprise mid year EPR still on my mind, my boss called. He does not typically call me during my "weekend" unless it's serious business because he is an overall decent human being.

An employee who works in my area of the G500 line was tested and confirmed positive for COVID 19. I feel fine and have no symptoms, but I guess that kills off my plans to go to New York and visit my 90 year old grandmother.

Fourth vacation in a row immediately starting with problems. So it goes...
Yuck , but yeah better to know before making that trip.

Anyone suggested you get tested just to rule it out? You could be asymptomatic.

And major on another blown vacation plan.

Probably should get tested again. The results are notoriously fickle.

We often drink outside. Sometimes entertain in the driveway/garage/under the deck and grew tired of putting a piece of plywood over saw horses or a pair of stool to put snacks on. I wanted something I could leave outside on the patio under the deck, and break out in case of happy hours with a quick wipe down.

Sometimes it's just nice to have somewhere to put a drink down when you're hanging out.

Wanted it W48" x D18" x H42" With the off the shelf 1/2" pipe sections, I ended up with 48x19x43 - so not bad. I left the bottom flanges loose so I could adjust the height of them to keep it from wobbling, since I plan on moving this thing around from garage to sidewalk to driveway to other driveway to deck, etc...

Used 5/4 pressure treated deck board for the tabletop.

I agree, there seems to be a little bit of choppiness; is there a plugin to add a fade/blur between shots? or I wonder if you take a 1 second vid and timelapse that? I have a timelapse over the Going to the Sun road and it's chaotic. I wonder if the rule is for a still camera TL it's a pic, moving camera TL it's a vid clip?

I haven't done any timelapses in a while.
