Make Green Great Again; Help me pick what Audi Exclusive color to choose for RS6 Avant

Update on page 19*** I said eff it and did a normal color to get it faster....

Well all of our dreams have been granted. as every one here knows, we are getting the RS6 Avant. Finally. I am very excited to order one, new, through the Audi Exclusive program. I want to get something that is a little different so I am going to go with something Green. I initially knew I was going to order Goodwood Green as I have seen a few C7s in the color, in the flesh, and it looks AMAZING. But it got me thinking. There are many, many great greens under the VW umbrella, so I figured I would ask the all knowingly TCL their collective opinion. I planned on doing the brown/tan interior that the launch car with the Goodwood Green, but I am not set on that. Furthermore, if that color is not a standard color, I will just be going black. Of which, I still may, so keep that in mind as you give your suggestions.

      Goodwood:

      Irish:

      Forest:

      Lago:

      Moss:

      Cactus:

Those 6 are ones that I have thought about, but what does TCL think? What am I missing? Post some others that you think would work well!!

Goodwood, because it's not a metallic (at least I think it isn't).

      How about Sonoma/sonomagrün?

My vote is Emerald Green Pearl. I've loved the color ever since shots of the S7 in that color came out, and if I was going Audi exclusive, that's the one I'd be trying to hunt down:

Verdant green is another I like - deeper, very Bentley like:

I have dreamed about doing the same thing including ordering the car in an Audi Exclusive green. For me, it has to be Verdant Green Metallic. It's a very pretty color, almost soothing, and not in your face. When looking at pics just be aware over doctored photos tend to easily distort how it looks IRL.

If it werent on the RS5 I would consider it. But I have a thing about going Exclusive with a color that is a "normal" Color. I want something that is very rarely seen.

Man you are not wrong about the color changing. I have built a new Bentley CGT on their website and was drawn to Verdant. But man, that video on the showroom seems like it is a little too Army for my taste... I do love that Audi Minneapolis orders green cars. One of the two Goodwoods I have seen in person was there.

      Amazon green

      It's originally a Porsche 928 color (I think) but I've also seen it on 968 and 964.

It's dark and very intense green. Shows up really nice under the sun.

      Obvious omission

but that Emerald Green Pearl looks a little too "1995 Mitsubishi Galant" to me.

I say either do something a little bright/flashy and nonmetallic, kind of like a new Nogaro Blue. Viper Green?

But I think it would look mean in something like Brewster Green (GT4)

I stand by my previous suggestion of Amazon green.

I'd go Moss because it reminds me the S4 1992. I don't know how Audi called it then.

      Didnt you recognize the photos?!?

Amazon is a little too blue for me. Over the last like 10 months I was really into blue. Now with the WK2 in a nice deep blue, I am over it and am moving on. I wanted a purple TTRS before the R8 but, I just cant get off of green. And literally like 19 people drive green cars now-a-days.

Agreed. Also, too metallic. Not a big metallic fan.

Not trying to get too flashy. I feel the best part about the RS6 Avant is how low key it is. If I were to be ordering another R8, I would go down that path.

I saw a GT3 touring sell the other day on Rennlist in Brewster, I liked it when it was photoed alone, but next to the Macan (which I assume is Irish) I want that more...

Thanks everyone for the comments. Keep them coming. Its helping

I can’t decide because every picture I look at for each one looks different. Greens are tricky like that.

I lean towards Goodwood on the darker side, and or Irish on the brighter side. But I’d really want to see them in person in different lights.

Whichever you choose, you definitely want a caramel brown interior to really set it off.
